Frontenac Soccer Association
The Frontenac Soccer Association is a recreational soccer league serving Harrowsmith, Sydenham, Verona, Yarker and other South Frontenac communities.

Joanie Sagriff Memorial Bursary
The Southeast Ontario Soccer Association(SOSA) is proud to honour the memory of Joanie Sagriff in the form of a bursary to a graduating student. Joanie Sagriff was the executive director at SOSA for 18 years. She was a devoted wife, proud mom and an advocate for youth in sport.
The Joanie Sagriff Memorial Bursary of $500 will be awarded annually to a graduating student from within the SOSA District. The student must be a member in good standing as a coach, player or referee, with a member club from SOSA and have contributed to their high school sport teams as a player, mentor or student coach. The successful applicant must be pursuing post-secondary training at university, college or apprenticeship level.
Applicants need to submit the following by June 1, 2024 to be considered. All applications can be emailed to sosasoccer@bell.net
1) Provide a letter of support from their member club.
2) Provide a letter of recommendation from a teacher/coach of one of their high school teams of which they were a part of.
3) Submit an essay, no more than 500 words to the SOSA Board of Directors defining their roles as a community club member and high school athlete. Discuss the benefits of sport and how being a participant has prepared you for the next chapter of your life.
