Frontenac Soccer AssociationAnnual General MeetingThursday, November 17, 2011 at 7:00 pmS & A Hall on Colebrook Road in Harrowsmith Please plan to attend and hear the plans for the upcoming season, including the initiation of a new partnership with Challenger Sports of a full week soccer day camp in two locations for the summer 2012. We are happy to announce a number of people have come forward to join the Executive for the 2012. Please note that there are still a number of positions available. Nominations for all positions will take place during the AGM. The Volunteer Board meets once a month typically January, February, March, April (if needed) and then once in the fall. The Association is a registered non-profit and therefore requires a volunteer Board of Directors to run the Association.
The following positions need to be filled for the outdoor 2012 season:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
- Field Scheduler/Maintenance
- Registrar
- Harrassment Coordiantor
- Community Relations
